We are able to provide you with support through our remote connectivity system. This means that, with your authorisation, we are able to take control of your computer system – all you need is a broadband internet connection.
No installation is required, just run the small application which will then allow secure connectivity to one of our technicians who can operate your computer remotely and securely from our office.
For remote connection assistance please call initially on 0800 612 4565 and state that you require REMOTE ASSISTANCE. We will then organise a convenient time to start the remote access.
What are the Remote Access limitations?
There will be times when our remote support is unable to fix your computer, for example:
1. If you have a network or internet problem – as the service relies on a fully-functioning internet connection.
2. If the problem is hardware related – in this case we can arrange a site visit or to have the machine at our workshop.
3. At times of high customer demand. When all our Technicians are already on-site or on calls with other customers, response times may vary from our usual 'remote support' reaction times.
For additional security and peace of mind ALL communications between our company and the customer are encrypted. We cannot access your machine unless you are running our remote software, and we cannot access your machine after the session has closed.
